Can we agree that it went down earlier in the pandemic, when most people were staying home, and most businesses were closed?
No one gives a damn. Even the media recognizes 2020 as an "exception" and is making comparisons with 2019.

And guess what? Crime is up 9% this year compared to 2019.

Also I remember how things were in Seattle and Portland 24 years ago. It was nowhere near as bad as it is today.
