Dear Datek:

Who on earth cobbled together this new website? The CEOs niece or nephew? This is absolutely terrible, more the work of a starving interior decorator than of a competent designer!

This whole debacle has me really angry, for you are now playing with my livelihood and my money:

The new trading site is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! The colors in the quotes table more properly belong in a stop and rob fast food joint than on a trading site- the table is difficult to read, takes up a whole lot of space, and is quite confusing and garish overall.

As a trader, I feel that this tinkering around with something that was working quite well has put me at a significant disadvantage both psychologically and in practical terms.

At this point, I won't even mention how you wiped out my GTC orders I had placed prior to the travel that took me away from my office and pc this week. Grrrrr...

Now....to be fair, the charts and news features are quite nice (if I could only access them in less than ten minutes- the same with refreshed quotes)

In conclusion: I have had a most difficult day today sloshing my way around all this garish muck that is my new and improved work environment. While I am a woman of understanding and compassion, I shall not be willing to tolerate this sacrifice of efficiency to merchandising/marketing for too long.

Yours truly,
Charliss

PS Are we also to expect pink flamingos before too long?
