Robert, I knew what it felt like to be a consumer who'd been wronged. I never wanted my customer to feel like that, ever. I made it my mission to make these people zealots for my products. It is such a simple thing to do, but it is amazing the huge majority of companies that refuse to do this. We killed ourselves to serve our customers (entirely wholesale accounts). Why wouldn't we do it for the end users? It made no sense to not do that. In the end, it's just about caring, just like I tell my kids when they work and take care of customers in their jobs.
