I think BA investors will be rewarded handsomely over the long term.

Except for BA and AVGO, the ones you list are all likely to be on my "Buying $10k of each regardless of price" stocks when I open the IRA. Not convinced BA has changed the corporate culture just yet.

AVGO bugs me - maybe I'm being stupid but their policy of growing the company through major M&A vs R&D worries me. They don't make small buys and all they need to be is wrong a time or two. But I've been saying this for 4 years and I don't think they've ever been wrong in that period. Monster metrics - growth, dividend growth, everything.

But it makes me uncomfortable. Above every single investing rule I have, investing for comfort is number 1.
