He SENT the Capitol invaders there and they have even said so.
Unless Trump told the insurrectionists to go into the Capitol, capture lawmakers, and force them to do his bidding, I don't think there is much of a criminal case here.

Besides, none of that has anything to do with Jussie Smollett or the fact that Brandon and Brenda's tweets in support of Jussie are still up.
