I was arrested about ten years ago, the officer said turn around and put your hands on the car, so I turned around and put my hands on her car, was arrested, processed and released. When it went to court the judge read her report and said but when you told him to turn around and to put his hands on your car he immediately complied, it’s in your notes, she said “yes your Honour”, that doesn’t sound belligerent to me, case dismissed. Always comply, just remember you can’t win and never talk to cops.
