Alan,

As far as I know, they never were in chapt. 11. Why do you think this isn't the case?

Ben A.

Alan,

JTS has never filed for Chapter 11 Protection.
The company is poised for a turnaround with a projected profitable first quarter.

hi there Alan, it may also be considered pretty dumb answer but i should say i am not aware of that sort of trouble jts has ever been involved in since they merged with atari. where did you get this fancy idea from? there is always a chance we all are missing smth (isnt it natural way things are going?). well, if this unavoidable little accident finally happened and they somehow managed to file for chapter 11 lately it's perfect timing to cover my shorts as 1/4 seems to be absolute bottom that is under no obligation of repeating itself in the face of jts' eating up 5% of world's hdd market this year (stupid joke - mine on shorts, jts' on 5%).

Alan, Dale and others - if you are in states why not calling ir dept and talk over their "indian campaign" in detail, would be of great interest to hear from us headquaters not just from indian operation office. and are they going to pump that "far-east intervention plan" through regular business news feedings like PR, BW, etc - whats the use of hitting local domestic papers with the industry-shaking anouncements of taking 70% of entire indian market and accepting no objections on the matter from the other guys out here.

Re: Bankruptcy

Your right, it is a dumb question. I hope that it's not a true reflection of the person asking it.

Where the hell do you get your investing info from????
