That's how you do it. Thinly traded stock w/ forced selling because of end of year tax loss selling. I have stink bid in that almost hit today. Not many trading days left in the year. Will be patient

Got my tiny fill for a few more OTRKP at $11.31/share. Will revisit next week for another nibble if tax loss selling continues. A lot depends on the vol. Company has sufficient cash to operate 18 months (or more), still pays their dividend but this will get hit on any significant market correction.
