Share count is the same as my PCI was before the merger so the math and new share count has not been calculated along with the new price

Nope. I had PCI shares with Fidelity and also PDI. My PCI shares are gone and no new PDI shares. I talked to a REP at Fidelity. He says that they will likely show up tomorrow. He thinks its just a timing thing and that is likely true.
