N.D. Today's volume was 79,600. But look at what happened near the close. Check me on this to make sure I read the tape right. Toward the close between 15:56 and 15:57 there were the following trades: Shares Price 10,000 7 15/32 10,000 7 1/2 10,000 7 7/16 10,000 7 1/2 10,000 7 7/16 If I'm reading the tape correctly, almost all of the volume came near the close. Can you you confirm? If this is correct, what do you make of it, if anything? P.M.
