Savoirman, Indeed if you watch Japanese Financial News, or just read Yahoo postings nightly on Japan (which I recommend if you are going to invest in CREAF), the Japanese Governmnet appears to be moving wisely and promptly to address oversight/regulatory issues on the Japanese Banking System.

I believe that Mssr Hashimoto stated in the last day or so, that the main details of the Government's plan to revitalize the banking sector would be released on February 17th, linked of course to the pending end of the Japanese fiscal year....

Indeed Mr. Savoirman, I have been pondering the effect of Asian currency recoveries upon dollar-denominated investments. Unless Asia's leading economies such as Japan literally collapse, then Asian currencies such as the Rupiah, Baht , and Won should all appreciate vis-a-vis the dollar as the Asian economies recover.

In your opinion or based upon local forecasts has there been any range of estimates for possible appreciation of the Singapore Dollar versus the US Dollar?

Sincerely,

Doug F.
