"There has to be other motives for this insanity."

It is the new world order raising their flag, it has been planned for 100 years. It will fail like all their other efforts, but in the meantime a lot of innocent people will suffer and die.

Pregnant women need to speed up or die...!

“Why didn’t you stop?”

She had her warning lights on. She wasn’t trying to flee. I was under the impression that if you felt it was unsafe to stop, like here where the road clearly only has a partial shoulder with barriers, that this is exactly what you do.

This really flies contrary to what I’ve been told about stops. And also makes absolutely no sense. I hope this cop loses his job and the state makes it very clear that not wanting to pull over in the middle of the freeway is fine

Edit: There is apparently a lawsuit opened up around this. The official statement was that ignored traffic stops were up 52% and it’s Arkansas law that “you must safely pull over when an officer stops you”

The operative word here is safely. It’s subjective. But every traffic and legal blog I could find makes it clear that the judgement of safety is left up to the driver, not the officer. She had her hazard lights on and slowed down, so she made it very very clear that she was not trying to flee.

She will absolutely win this lawsuit. This officer and/or his department need serious repercussions. Either he is an ego maniac endangering lives, or his department is instructing their officers to force compliance in what very well might be an illegal, if not at least immoral, way.
