I concur with Igor's report. I spoke to UKH's CEO this a.m. and was told the merger approval is to be decided at NDU's annual shareholder's meeting in mid-March - which Igor confirmed below here.
Keno continues to seek financing, however, and if they get it before the merger agreement, they'll go ahead. They recently completed a feasibility study with U$6.00 silver - naturally, with higher prices, the orebody gets bigger! There's a good article in today's GLobe & Mail - bottom right of page, on silver in general and the current situation with WB's company, his long-term point of view, etc.

A little-known change has been enacted in the U.S. last winter, I think, and here in Canada too, I believe, in that investors are now allowed to hold precious metal bullion in their registered investment plans (RRSPs in Canada). Better check this one out with your broker first, though! Bob, if you're reading this, perhaps you can comment? Thanks!
