Interesting. I had Covid in January and thought it was a mild winter cold until I lost most of taste and smell 5 days into symptoms. Got over it just fine but still Pepsi, and toothpaste, taste awful-like "chemicals".

Yes.............I've heard of a few people with those symptoms. He couldn't even taste tabasco sauce..........it was that bad. I don't know that everyone with covid loses those senses? His ability to smell and taste is "slowly returning."
