D, I sold all of my D soon after they made the annoucement. When I did their 5 year DGR was around 9%. The position was green. I had no intention of putting that at risk. Now it is a mid-yield company with a pretty good dividend increase (and plans for more) for a utility. I will consider buying it again, but it will be competing with other mid yield companies with better dividend increases for the investment of my accumulated dividends.
