Jack has walked away from it and handed it over to some other guy. I think Jack was sick of it. I would be. Twitter is such shitty software he might be a little embarrassed. It is apparent he "designed" it when he was a child. It is getting worse by the day, IMO, and limiting speech isn't going to make it better. Jesus, the platform is DESIGNED to be incendiary. I'm sure the original message length was truly a function of disk limitations, but he had to have realized that short messages would force people to be terse and that would degenerate over time.
