it is my humble opinion only. i was shareholder of unh (headquartered in twin cities in Mn) and wellpoint in the west coast. unh and wellpoint both have been performing relatively very good in this sector. if i remember correctly, about a month ago it files to sell notes and bonds to raise xxx millions. I was thinking at that time maybe unh was raising for acquisitions. meanwhile, wellpoint is thinking to expand business to east coast. oxhp is an ideal target. william
