Right, and here we are on the doorstep of the largest inflationary crisis this country has ever seen. At least until the stock market goes into reverse.

Having said that, anything can happen, including - as an extreme example - an inflationary depression as the value of the dollar drops while jobs disappear. Before we see that, however, real estate should continue doing well. But spikes are always followed by troughs, so we have to pay attention to trends.
