hal,
i use discover, formerly lombard for options. i have an account at datek but they dont do options yet. they charge $3 per contract for options greater than a dollar a contract. for my trade, 15 contracts was 45 bucks in and out for a total of $90. it does seem very expensive compared to the $15 a transaction i have for stocks.

Hal,

I trade with Drefus (PBS-on line), I was charged $15 commission on 5 contracts my last trade.
