I look at the underlying components using the snapshot charts. The vast majority have been pretty ugly for a while. And now that the generals are joining them, there isn't much to hope for the index. Until we build a base to bounce off of, the odds favor the down side. Subsectors: stockcharts.com\|B\|P8,3,3\|0 Top components: stockcharts.com\|B\|P8,3,3\|0 There isn't much to hang your hat on. Apple is the only one with a positive chart. FB is clawing its way back up. The rest are down or neutral.

NQ 15806 to 15822 horizontal zone (approx) was the location from where the post-Fed release launched higher from once the lower low immediately after the Fed release was out of the way yesterday, Dec 15th getting extremely close now though we have not declined to the launch point beginning yet March contract
