Jeffrey,

First of all, I didn't take credit for predicting the numbers, I stated the figures were based on the validity of the $11 million figure in the business journal. The reporter who put out that figure is the person who should get credit for "predicting" it.

Second, I find it your statement that ALYD didn't give the reporter the $11 million figure as absolute B.S.

Are you saying that he just happened to guess the exact figure that would give ALYD $6.5 million in revenues in Q4 ?????? WOW that is pretty damn good for a reporter.

Yeah, this guy just happened to hit that $11 million figure out of thin air and the $6.5 million that matches exactly with that figure was just pure coincidence.

Yeah RIGHT!!

Please spare us your b.s.

Furthermore, I did not make any prediction on ALYD's stock price and I have not. I simply stated that if these numbers where thrown out by themselves , that the stock would go lower. Well, as Delbert and I discussed last week, it was pretty obvious that ALYD would throw out a press release to support the stock before they released the numbers.

Well, we all know that occurred with the last announcement.

If you think no one at ALYD gave any numbers to the reporter at the Charlotte Business Journal and that he just happened to "estimate" the EXACT figure that would match with the $6.5 million figure released today, then you are making a fool of yourself and the readers of this thread.

btw- I was neither shocked or stunned because I had a very good feeling that the reporter's figure, and thus my figures, would be accurate.

The only problem here is that I think ALYD may have violated selective disclosure regulations, by releasing revenue figures to a local paper before they were made available the majority of shareholders.

It is unbelievable that a reporter could of just estimated the $11 million figure and have it work out that it exactly matched the revenue figures that were released today.

Jeff - Glad the struggle is finally over. The 18 3/8 price line will not be forgotten for days. Glad they reported the $6.5Million, not less. Next qtrs will be much easier and more rewarding. Ram
