I'm in agreement with Joe's interest in buying below $264. There is an open gap in the price chart from Nov. 4, 2021, the bottom of which is $267.84. The stock needs to fall to fill that gap in the chart. When the gap is filled the stock becomes buyable, but I suspect it will fall a bit further, thus the $264 target. We shall see.
