Hi Dale...

I think this is an "add" of approximately 50,000 common in the quarter.

And, as a consequence, I am startled beyond belief. The size of the TFS selling was very large following the third quarter conference call, and must certainly have come from "someplace."

Management didn't sell any, and the other two large holders (beyond Chancellor) that hold stock didn't sell any either.

Nevertheless, the shares came from "someplace." It is indeed a mystery that has me more than perplexed.
