Robert: These are only management's and director's shares in this table and do not include the huge slug of shares closely held by the original venture capital investors (ie Clearwater, Allsop, Nikon, Canon etc). In addition to the management and director shares there are some 15 million of closely held other insider shares which were issued as a part of the original IPO from formerly held Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock.
