Tom - thanks for you post - it's nice to see that someone out there is still using this board for HVSF purposes!!!!

Have a nice weekend .....

Steve

PS - I sent the SI web mistress a nice note concerning the recent non-HVSF postings on this board - maybe she'll do something about them (or perhaps it will shame these guys into taking their junk elsewhere - let's hope so!!!!!)

Tomas,

I never thought that this stocks can be fun, even when I am loosing money. Well I wrong!

As I have stated many times, I have pretty much written off my investment in HVSFD. Presently I own about 1700 shares with average price of about $28.00. I bought without any DD, and bought at very high price. Both of those were mistakes. And penalty is the loss. The value of my shares few weeks ago was about one-half of what it is now. That was fine too. If it goes lower let, I can live that.

Writing off the downside completely, in a strange way, has given me a better perspective about this company. Now I can think about this company without being emotional.

You see, now all these negative hypsters cannot cause me to worry about my investment (whatever that means in this case). The same would be true for any positive hypsters that may come along. So now I can really enjoy the possibilities about and around this stock. And there are all kinds of possibilities.

Let me share some thoughts on the recent flurry of extremely negative, hype-filled posts form new visitors as well as some old timers. The common theme to all these posts is the same. They want us to sell our shares, and sell them at any cost, and sell them as soon as soon as possible. Some are a bit subtle while others are more blatant. Now the questions is that why they are doing this. I have come up with two possibilities as the cause of this.

One possibility is that these are some very nice souls with angel hearts who are embarked on the mission to "save" the victims of HVSDF "scam". The urgency is due to some "dooms day" information they have, and they want us to get out of the way of this forthcoming calamity before we parish. And, if that is what they are trying to do, we should all thank them for saving us, and put market orders to sell all our shares, and never look back.

But forgive me for being a bit skeptical. Is it not what they want us to be? None of them have said any contemporary materiel thing about the company that has caused them to reach this conclusion. The tone of their messages, the language they use, and the content of their posts makes it hard to consider them as good Samaritans on a mission to save us from the "scam" of HVSFD. Also, they claim that they know of the "bad news" but will make us wait and suffer for that. All these factors together, lead me to conclude that my best interest is not what is most important to these guys. But then why are they all here, all over the place.

I can only guess what might be their motive. One possible cause for this raid by the hypsters on this thread may have to do with some people being short this stock big time. I do not know whether there is a substantial short position in HVSFD, here in US or outside. May be some one who knows how to find this information can be of help.

But, lets assume that there is a substantial short position in HVSFD. With that, consider the possibility that the reverse split has significantly reduced the float and liquidity in this stock. Now, if the company were to issues a news of any significant positive development, what would that do to the stock price. My guess would be that it will go up sharply due to the possible small float. Now, if the shorts decided that the news is such that covering is the smart thing to do, what additional impact will that have on the price of the stock. What would that do to the shorts?

So, here we are. Two theoretical and speculative possibilities. Every one can choose the one they like, or may be some one any can come up with additional possibilities.

But, between these two possibilities, I have to go with the second one. The tone of their message, the language they use, and their frantic desire for us to sell our share, leads me to thinks that most likely these are shorts or those working for them. The other compelling reason to kind of like this possibility is that the end result in this scenario is lot more fun.

I am sure now you can see my point that this stocks can be fun!

Enjoy the weekend, I am sure we'll have tons of visitors.
