My primary care physician told that my 2.72 score was the highest he had seen, I believe he told me that 2.27 was the highest he had seen before my result.....Hope my high score is a good thing...???

I'm guessing it means your body mounted a pretty good defense against the bug. That's a good thing, but I don't think it means those antibodies are currently protecting you at a high level. From what I've read, a high level of Covid antibodies will protect you for several months, but have not been shown to protect you indefinitely. So, your score is a Good Thing in the sense that your body does a good job of developing Covid antibodies in response to infection, but not necessarily a Good Thing if you think you've now got some kind of walking-around, permanent natural immunity.

Hoping that my near zero sugar ingestion policy (no matter what name sugar shows up as), will help me ward off cancers as I get older....
That sounds great to me. An essential discipline for long-term health, IMO. Anyone who wants to know more about the harm caused by sugar can start by looking up Robert Lustig.
