AIO just announced a special $3.447 dividend and increased its regular dividend from .125 to .15 for a 20% increase

No. I was not aware of AIO when I bought NIE back in 2018, according to my dividends received records. NIE is not a monthly payer, but I have not made decisions on whether something paid monthly or quarterly
