More Fusion GPS sleaze.

The Clinton Campaign hired Fusion GPS to create the basis for the Russia Hoax. One of the elements was a claim that a Trump server linked with Alfa Bank, a Russian bank.

Pure horse manure.

So, once the farce became known, Alfa Bank sued Fusion GPS.

We’ll, getting documents out of Fusion GPS has been harder than pulling teeth.

Some were subject to a claim of privilege, which is OK if the privilege is well founded. But the law requires a party to list or produce everything. Or describe a document that is not produced and the reason why not - a privilege log in our lingo.

So, Sussman gets indicted and the indictment is made public. Guess what’s in it?

A listing of emails Fusion GPS didn’t produce to Alfa or put in a privilege log.

That’s some really bad shit.

Sanctionable as hell.

Bar association discipline stuff if the lawyers masterminded the cover up.

Bad, bad, very bad.

More important, why?

Is the Hoax finally unraveling to show the true evildoer, Madame Clinton?
