This is not possible, because if Larry inflates the number
with financing the purchase in mind, instead of
basing his words on sales, then, he'll lose big. He'd probably
not do that kind o thing.

However, I have no idea what is happening behind this surge.

Mo, ORCL's year-end is not February, It is in May.
