incredibly enough - my 1099 appears to be correct unbelievable considering we're dealing with Datek i too am very annoyed at Datek's termination of all outstanding GTCs, incredible and pitiful !!!!!! what about GTCs that were remaining after a partial fill - are we going to be credited with a free trade to allow that partially filled GTC to fully execute ? the same thing happened 2 weeks ago i believe - i had many limit orders in place and all were lost -- 2 days later i'm getting emails from Datek indicating the orders were cancelled !!!!!! why aren't these e-mails sent out immediately after the occurrence ? howabout trade confirmations - why does it take Datek 2 to 3 days in some cases to generate a trade confirming e-mail ? i see no reason it can't happen within seconds of the trade's occurrence better yet - E-Tard users that i know who have accounts with Datek also are now reporting that Datek is worse than e-trade in terms of execution speed and reporting - incredible but true seems that Datek is picking up where E-Tard left off - hehe - sad situation
