This is good to know-ChiGrl: December 31st is the tax assessment date for barrels on hand for oil companies. They try and get rid of as much as they can at the end of December. Probably going to reverse when a national law decriminalizes Cannabis. I've always thought this was a government scam - directly similar to prohibition. Decriminalize it and tax the heck out of it. If cops chased criminals vs hippies, it would be a better world. If we were so committed to stopping the drug trade, we'd begin by busting the ships from China on the open seas before they unloaded their poison to the Mexican Cartels. We'd also put a iron lock on our southern border. The killing of our citizens via fentanyl should be considered an act of war! Perfect use of drones. That crime trade must be so profitable that it goes far up our political players. There are a lot of blinded eyes out there on this subject. Bob
