Yeah, I am sure they addressed the issue, the problem is that I don't buy it.

Please tell me how this reporter, who isn't even an analyst, could somehow "estimate" the exact year end sales figure ($11 million) that would match up perfectly with the $6.5 million figure released today.

Anyone who had access to this thread or to the Business Journal could of figured out what the Q4 results would be.

There are regulations against selective disclosure, and I feel that releasing revenue figures in a local paper prior to an official release is wrong.

p.s.

Wasn't Bob Gruder the one who claimed in the Aug. 97 Business Journal that ALYD was profitable ? We all know that they were not at that time.

Yeah, I am sure you buy the company line, but the facts seem to indicate that the $11 million figure was not just a "estimate" by some reporter.

Humm, $11 Million now that's a good round number. I wonder if that was $10.8 million or $11.2 million or just plain old $11 million.

I not trying to be a wise guy, but the variables I see here could reflect quit a bit on the bottom line. Just this variable could mean the difference in $400,000. in profit or about 2.25 cents per share.

Do you have any idea as to what it cost to operated last quarter or do you think we could assume the burn rate to be about the same thus showing a good profit, which of coarse would be real nice?

I guess we could assume this quarter to be profitable.

I would love to hear from anyone on this.

Thanks in advance.

Robert
