The incitement is the one most important crime that might have occurred (aside from Babbitt's murder). If you think it is okay to sentence people to prison for walking on the grass but not for incitement of the walking on the grass, that is a problem with your understanding of the law. For me, a person who urged people -- many who certainly had no interest in going inside the Capitol building -- to actually go INSIDE the Capitol building.

It is first wrong to claim there is justice being meted out against these accused when the facts surrounding this guy's involvement aren't being heard.

But secondly, this guy has his own justice coming. He is a criminal, probably the biggest of them all. And he's still free. The proof is absolute: He's on video inciting the action. He does have to pay for that.

I kind of hope they charge Trump with something. He will become a martyr for it and Cheney and the bogus committee will be tagged with its objective and it is not pretty.
