But "survival of the fittest" is a sword that cuts both ways.

By the way, Wharfie, did you get boosted? I got mine last Monday. This time, I was only zonked for about half an hour, and that started mere hours after the jab.

My original plan was to wait until an Omicron-specific booster was available, but my wife convinced me that I needed it now. Seems like the booster does indeed lower my chances of catching and spreading Omicron.

But even if it doesn't, I figure it's better than waiting another six months for the Omicron booster.

And yes, I know that Omicron is likely less deadly than Delta. At this point, though, COVID is becoming more of an annoyance than a major concern to me.
