Mark: it appears we have all become a bit presumptuous with the $1.20 for year end. Did it occur to everyone they had to do $.37 to complete $1.20? That's quite a jump from the previous $.28 or compared with the $.25 they did last year. $.37 vs. $25 is not out of the realm, but a hefty number to catch. Anyway, the stock is reacting to the possible buyout and what it will do to the bottom line for the foreseeable future. I can even turn the cheek if we miss $1.20 if they can get the price they wanted. We are taking out breakout resistance of $12 very nicely. Just a matter of time. Take care..Sparky
