Many US physicians are in the 90 percentile of knowledge and 80 percentile of intellect population wise.Make a committee out of them and they get even dumber. Choose doctors first by their IQ then figure out their knowledge level. You also want doctors and major university centers who are not afraid to perform in front of others.The Rand corporation did a study and your survival from any major surgery is greater and major urban university centers
