Again, investigations and prosecutions require putting a lot of things together. They don't arrest people not caught in the act until they have their ducks in a row enough to secure all related convictions, not unless the party is dangerous or a flight risk. The fools you mention had simple cases. Didn't take a lot of ducks to convict them.

Don't expect me to explain that again.

You clearly don't have an adequate understanding to explain any of this.

On Jan 7, FBI posted the following to twitter:

Photo #16 is Ray Epps, giving the other guy the go-ahead for entry into the Capitol. Seconds after the picture was made, the guy he is talking to participated in knocking down the barrier and followers, previously rounded up by Epps, entered the Capitol area and later, a few actually entered the building.

Once Epps gives the order to move through the barrier, he is not seen again AFAIK. I've watched all of the publicly available video. He was in at least half a dozen spots leading crowds to this gate, on both the 5th and the 6th, and he disappeared.

In the poster above, FBI clearly wanted to talk with him. He had clearly committed multiple crimes.

Epps is dropped from the poster once the "mistake" was discovered, and he has never been held in jail, never appeared in court, and apparently is not expected to appear in court.

So, instead of your nonsense idea that maybe they found him and just let him go (which leads down more rabbit holes when you are asked, "Why the hell would they do that? The most important player in the entire riot? And they let him go?"

Weak, Lane. You should either present a cogent argument or just say, "Hey, I don't like having to admit I'm wrong, so I'm out."
