I think it's a sign of NEW management when we see drastic moves like this. Rogers has brought in proven cost cutters and they have already turned around cable (their margins have improved DRAMATICALLY) and now they are moving to cellular. Is this company out of the woods yet? I don't think so, but these moves will certianly assist them as they resturcture and, hopefully, move back into the black...also, who cares about debt to assets? Debt holders want cashflow to debt servicing and shareholders want the residual. Both ratios are improving...
