E! That's amazing. Reminds me of those truckloads of cash in Germany in the 20's/30's? when cash was probably not worth much more than writing paper. There's a rumor on one of the SI threads about KLAC and AMAT announcing layoffs. Will check this out. Gut seems to indicate that front-end may be in worse trouble than the semi-equip prices are indicating - one important thing is the push out of the 300 mm related stuff. But not certain. Overall market's Insider buying still strong and getting stronger. And LSI looks like it's doing a successful test of the breakout ( first stage) so I will continue to be bullish on the overall market even though the semi-equips are likely in big trouble and some of last week's enthusiastic buying in the semis seems to have stalled. Heck the techs don't make the whole market! We shall see...
