Thomas:

Oxford is making lower highs and higher highs. The short term upside momentum is intact. The stock goes up on good news and down on bad news. If stock goes up and stays up on monday at 10.30AM New York time I will do nothing. Should the stock show weakness I will unload third of my position over 19 for a hopeful reentry later.

Value line has accumulate opinion on Oxford and also suggests a $2 fourth quarter loss. Zacks analysts show consensus estimate loss of $1.48 and rates Oxford strong sell. Barring rumored merger I see stock marking time until after EPS release date.

I feel strongly positive about MP being on our side. But he did make mistakes like Time Life. Oxford's fundamentals will move its stock in the long term. I expect Oxford to make 1.40 to 1.60 EPS in 1998.

I am long Oxford and in it for long term.
