Skeeter,

I printed out everything from there web site and read it last weekend.
That was a long time ago for someone who is memory impaired like myself, but here goes ...

Israeli telcom equip supplier. Largest customer Bezeq -- Israels big telco. Commitments on the part of Bezeq to purchase switches, phones, other telco items are on the decline. Doesn't mean they won't purchase from TTELF -- just means they aren't committed as much to purchasing from them. This part of the business for TTELF is apparently mature -- not much growth expected.

TTELF has two areas that are growth -- wireless local loop and digital cross-connect. Israel has some public monies that go into research which they collect royalties on. TTELF has been a recipient and this has apparently aided in the development of their H_ CDMA technology for wireless local loop. Its touted as being able to fit a number of voice grade channels into a "compact" band. I don't know or understand as much about the digital cross-connect business. They have resale agreement with some well-known american firms in this area.

Near term results have been hurt by Korea as this is a large customer, but how large I don't know. I would encourage you to go to their website. They don't seem to do a lot of "candy coating." They are up against big established players in the wireless local loop area, ERICY & others, but my impression is that there technology is good.
I wouldn't be interested except they've really been bruised lately. I bought a first portion today because of the volume.

Do go to their website. There is a lot of information there. I was impressed at the level of detail given concerning possible negatives.
I'll see if I can find it again.
