But that is the criterion. It is stupid.

When an election is stolen, you must prove fraud before Jan 6 or it is as though it didn't happen.

Which is probably the reason cheating hasn't been caught in the past. Certainly it was the reason in this instance.

You do not want a system that prevents elections being stolen because you know Democrats will steal them and Republicans would never.
