Yeah Tim, (and sorry to say)...this company can't get beyond the "no cash-no company principal". The way it looks, this investor that made the million loan to the company is going to suck up an award winning technology that someone else will be able to exploit and possibly make a lot of money on. Present shareholders will be wiped out and be mere onlookers. It would have been nice to have seen a bigtime company come in and scoop up OMNS for about 10 million and take this technology to the bigtime. Suppose it will go another way instead. Negris made a mighty swing with the bat and he struck out with present shareholders money
