Some of the larger markets and the up front payment required
to bid on that market:

Atlanta $2.9M
Boston 3.7
Chicago 7.4
Dallas 3.9
Detroit 4.2
Houston 3.6
LA 13.1
Phil 5.3
San Fran 5.8
DC 3.7

Doesn't look like many are planning on bidding on the large markets.
For instance, only 5 submitted payments large enough to just bid on
LA.

Whoops, looks like we were working on the same thing at the same time.
