I don't get you're comment? The BPX can support 15,000 2.048Mbps ports over a 9.6 G bus. The IGX
supports in excess of 1.2G. So, I'm missing you're point.

Gary, I am not talking about the aggregated switching fabric capacity but about STRM not supporting individual 155 Mb/s ports as the B-STDX can. The GX 550 switching fabric is 25 Gb/s and is scalable up to 100 Gb/s far more than that of CSCO's BPX's or IGX's bus. CSCO is still far behind. It's tough competition, isn't it. Obviously, you must be a CSCO employee who invests in ASND but doesn't believe too much in ASND future (how ironic). Perhaps you might want to make the next carrer move (just kidding). Well, keep on having a critical view of ASND for I need to have a balance view on my investment, the good, bad, and snafu.
