Hello John,thanks for clearing that up about Merced. So tell me, what is the deal with HP then, what do they get out of the deal, anything? If HP doesn't get anything why are they in the project,they are involved in some measure in the project are they not?

Any help in clearing this up will be appreciated immensely.
