Hello Mr Jacobs,
From your post I am assuming two things
and if I am wrong can you please inform me
and possibly clarify.

1) The product will be available for purchase
sometime within the next 60 days
2) All necessary production requirements have been
or will shortly be in place.
i.e.
facility
production equipment (molds, presses and packaging machines)
staff
sales force (distribution network)

Also can you answer one question.
How many times is this product reusable?
thank you
good luck
Moreno

Dear Mr. Jacob,

On February 6th 1998, you wrote:-

"The medical community suggest that a good field trial would be between 120 to 150
patients."
"We do not see this number taking a long time I.E. 60 -120 days or sooner."

On February 10th 1998, you wrote:-

"We DO NOT anticipate that sales will not begin until this is finished. We believe, as the
medical community does, that a field trial of 120 - 150 units is in fact more than enough
to go to market, WHICH WE WILL.
We do not expect that this will take any more than the time required to deliver 120 -150
units in field trails."

Is it possible for you to tell us how many units has been delivered up to date?
