In this market there appear to be a lot of opportunities "too good to pass up" Maybe he's just having a hard time making up his mind on which ones. Hope he bids on a couple of my small caps...

Yes, it did. It could have been more of a political statement than anything else. Time will tell. Still $800M in the bank to play with could be substantial if we see a correction. AND, if something comes up which looks tasty I'm sure John can go get the money...if he really wants it. ;)
