>> President Donald Trump spent weeks whipping up his supporters with false allegations of fraud in the Nov. 3 election

I can't say if he ever mentioned fraud. But either way, clearly, the election was stolen. Hence, the allegations were not false. This has been shown. That you prefer to hide your eyes, well, I can't blame you. I'd be entirely embarrassed if I'd voted for someone who participated in it.

>> “We’re going to walk down to the Capitol and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and Congressmen and women,”

Yeah? So what? That's not a crime, is it?

>> “I know you’re hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election,” Trump said, repeating familiar falsehoods. “But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order.”
Every word true and correct - except there were no "falsehoods".

>> He posted another message that called the mob “great patriots” who were reacting to an election victory “viciously stripped away.” Twitter later hid three tweets and locked Trump’s account.

Sure, the election was stolen. You thought everyone was just going to sit at home and say, "Yeah, tough loss!"?

This is something none of us will get over, even if Trump wins in 2024. It isn't the same.

You must all be punished for what you did. Admittedly, in your case, it is just the act of being hyperpartisan. But you don't get to steal and election and just walk out like nothing happened.

THE THEFT OF THE ELECTION WAS FAR WORSE THAN WHAT HAPPENED AT THE CAPITOL.

Barack Obama incites his followers to fight:
I'm not talking about the wishful idealism that allows us to just sit on the sidelines or shirk from a fight. I have always believed that hope is that stubborn thing inside us that insists, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us so long as we have the courage to keep reaching, to keep working, to keep fighting.
