Vaccines can have side effects. But if your looking at "a large percentage of the time" the only side effect for the Covid-19 vaccine that really fits that category is sore muscles at the site of the injection.

"How about using weapons that tend to blow up in your face and unusually large percentage of time."

I never got vaccinated and that was one of the reasons why.
